I go here to pretend I'm in an urban setting....

Love this little gem. It makes me forget I'm in a small town. Great service, charming cafe interior, good coffee, good food, and Bit of Swiss breads and pastries (the best). Try the spinach feta pie and Tuscan beet salad.

Parking during the summer months is difficult (can I say impossible?) to find. Winter is at least a little better. Their minestrone soup is amazing and most people I know go there just to get that (plus yummy baked goods). I have always gotten to go so I don't know too much about hanging out there but it's pretty awesome... More

The coffee is excellent. Good quiche and pastries. Service great. Good to see some many locals support this shop.

This place was recommended by a local. We arrived at 11:30 to a reasonable crowd. Fresh menu. Be sure to look in case before you order - we wish we had - many entrees and sides. The Reuben sandwich was fresh and delicious along with the Greek pasta salad. The turkey Caesar salad and dressing included capellini noodles and nice... More

Go here for the food. The dining room was cramped, but who cares when the food is this good? I had the warm goat cheese salad and it blew me away. Everything was fresh and soooo tasty. The bakery and dessert items were gorgeous but we only had room to try 1 thing and it was delicious. Make time to... More

The place was packed on a Sunday afternoon in the fall. People just kept coming in, a lot looked like locals coming in after church. Good food, lots of desserts. Staff was very friendly and patient. Very crowded and a little loud, but worth going in. Seemed almost quaint in its style of service and the atmosphere in the tiny... More

This is great lunch spot. It really suits St Joseph with its original art and creative menu. The staff are energetic, and the food is fun. I had the veggie muffuletta; my husband had the eggplant lasagna. It wasn't a standard recipe, but it was delicious. Save room for one of the elegant desserts.

We went there for our Valentine dinner - the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Service was very slow, there was a very noisy group just next to us and the staff did absolutely nothing to keep them a bit quieter. The food is ok, rather on the heavy side - lots of cheese added even when there would be no... More

Tosi's is a great little sandwich shop with a nice assortment of salads, sandwiches, and other novelties that are sure to tempt you. Following a long walk along the harbor, we ventured into this shop to relax and refuel. I opted for the Turkey Caesar salad which was terrific. Filling and loaded with turkey chunks. A very different take on... More

We were just passing through St. Joseph and walking around enjoying the cute downtown area. A gift shop owner recommended Caffe Tosi for lunch, so we quickly took him up on it. This small restaurant is on a side street and can be easy to miss. They make paninis, salads, soups, pastries, coffees, etc. The inside is small and one... More
