We have been to Clydes a few times while passing through St Ignace, neat little place with some pretty good greasy food. You can stay in your Car or eat inside, the choice is yours. I recently had the whitefish sandwich which I found delicious with some greasy fries. You won't eat here hoping to lose weight but it sure... More

My husband and I had mixed reviews. He said his Giant burger was okay. I said my quarter pounder was juicy and very good. He said the batter on his mushrooms was bland. I thought his mushrooms and my onion rings both tasted great. We did agree that service was fast and the server was pleasant. Take the kids here,... More

We were sight-seeing for the day and my sister had suggested Clyde's Drive-In. She said that my 6year old son would get a kick out of it. She made some reference to his meal being served in a car shaped box. We drove across the Mackinac Bridge to have lunch. When we arrived, we decided to sit in the diner... More

Stopped in at Clyde's on our way to Pictured Rocks, keeping a long-standing family tradition. Burgers are incredible here, best in the UP. Yes, you have to wait because they're super busy, but it's worth it, trust me. This isn't fast food, it's good food. On our way back through we stopped at a restaurant across the street and waited... A friend of mine recommended this place and during our stay I snuck off and tried the cheeseburger, onion rings and mozzarella sticks.......a the burger was really surprisingly good....it was very meaty and heavy.....good portion of burger and condiments....a joy to eat..... I arrived just before closing time 945 pm and was treated well.....customer service was fine. Prices are fair... More

Unfortunately, I am giving Clyde's a bad review based on one lady (the waitress) and the way she was treating the customers. My family and I were there last November and loved the place. I grew up in Sault, MI so I am very aware of their awesome food. On July 3rd, my two young Sons and I stopped in... More

Grew up in St. Ignace and this place has always been a must visit when I come home. I get one Big C a year and they taste great after all these year. They also have more than just burgers! Nuggets, and other sandwiches are also amazing! Their pizza burger is also pretty great. You won't be disappointed.

We stopped for lunch. Most patrons were in their cars being waited on or coming in for take out. We sat at the counter and ordered fried whitefish sandwiches which were very good. Skip the fries as they are not special enough for the calories. Most diners were eating burgers only and really enjoying them. The staff was friendly and... More
