This isn't the place for families. They don't have a children's menu. The burgers are awesome! The onion rings are good too!

My husband and I ate here on a busy Friday night. We called ahead so unlike the other diners waiting an hour for their table we were seated after a 5 minute wait. We were seated at a decent table away from the crowd of people at the door. Our waiter seemed nice and we ordered draft beers. The beer... More

This is a great place to get together with some friends. The food is good, the prices are fair and the staff is great. If you are in the area I would recommend this place to eat.

A classic joint for a burger and beer. Decor is untouched since forever - reminds me of going out to dinner in the 60s. Good burgers. Not the best in town but consistently dependable. PS, if you are overweight you won't fit in a booth - they are designed for 1960s people.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and a wide variety of unique burger options. This place is a must if you are looking for a great burger in Metro Detroit.

Nice English pub atmosphere with fantastic burgers and fries. The beer selection is also great with some of the more popular English beers, craft beers and good old American standbys (Strohs, Pabst)

Stopped here on our way to a concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Called ahead reservations, got us in and out , and not rushed, in an hour. Proximity of tables is close to one another, and a lot of activity, but you don't really notice any of it. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We had the Brassiere... More

Busy and buzzing, this bistro/brew pub/ family friendly restaurant serves great beverages and pretty good burgers at a very reasonable price. Most impressive was the quality of the staff and servers. Several times we observed bus boys or other crew promptly removing any stray fries or paper napkins from the floor. Could seem like a small thing, but the speed... More

Had lunch here with a group of 7 on a Tuesday. This is a popular and busy place. We arrived 11AM as they opened and by the time we left it was jumping. There is a large beer and wine menu for perusing. The lunch menu seemed to have something for everyone. I guess they are known for their burgers... More

A Royal Oak institution, Red Coat Tavern has been serving up their signature Original Redcoat Hamburgers and beer for possibly over 30 years. The dark, softly lit interior, resembling a British roadhouse, remains a crowd favorite. We were surprised to find the parking lot quite full when we stopped by for an early lunch at 1130am on a Saturday. This... More
