Nice selection of large sandwiches.

Great popular bar restaurant. Sandwiches are extremely large wit a great selection. Know for their corned beef.

Always good, but always too MUCH! I know it is a trademark of W&R, but the sandwiches are just too damn big for a normal person. They are very good, and reasonably priced, but you should have someone else with you when you order one.

I've been going here for years on short DTW layovers. Huge sandwiches that are impossible to eat in one sitting. After a lengthy period since my last Wheat & Rye visit, I was disappointed in this return. The restaurant is clearly showing age and lack of upkeep. Servers are unhappy and unmotivated. The TV screens are 20 years old. The... More

I was told that you don't go away hungry, so I tried it. And it is true that you don't go away hungry.

Service was great and the burgers were huge. Top shelf beverages were available for cocktails like margaritas and long islands.

We drove by and saw something with Pulled Pork. We turned around and stopped. Outside we saw the smoker and thought that we can find homemade food. We fond down home business and picked the Pulled Pork Sandwich. An what we got was overwelming, a huge Sandwich with Pulled Pork, Cole Slaw and Sweet Potatoe Fries. It all tastes homemade... More

Made an account just to comment on this place. Everything tasted like it came from a can, service took close to an hour just to get food on the table, no free refills, no substitutions(can't ask for something left off of a burger), just abysmal. Don't go there, you're. Enter off with fast food because at least then you won't... More

After checking into a nearby hotel, we needed a place to eat and this place was recommended by a stranger in the parking lot! We were able to walk to it and it was well worth the walk. They had both inside and outside dining. We chose outside as one in our party is hard of hearing and we try... More

Great place to eat close to the airport! We met our daughter here when she had a three hour layover for her other flight and it's close to the airport and tasty food, huge sandwiches, pool table too if you want something to do while waiting.

Stopped here for dinner the night before our plane flew out for our honeymoon. The portions are huge here, and the food was good. Bar feels very dirty and smells like a dirty bar, our waitress was extremely slow, asked for a water and it felt like 10 minutes before we received it. You pay for the huge sandwich and... More
