Great Lunch!!

I work very close the this restaurant. Even if I didn't I would find a way to get here. The food is fabulous and very fresh. I love the Fattoush Salad with white meat chicken is my favorite. It comes with garlic sauce that is to die for unless of course I have meetings after lunch then well you... read more

Let's be honest, Beirut does not conjure up visions of peace, tranquility or picnics by the beach in the American Psyche. So you wouldn't name your restaurant "Beirut", unless you were going for that authentic "like Baba Used to Make" Middle Eastern Cuisine. Well they got it right here! I'm pretty sure Baba is the one cooking in the back... More

Like so many others, we were staying at an airport hotel to catch an early morning international flight when we discovered this place quite by accident. I had a combo platter and my wife had a chicken shawarma. Everything was excellent! Only a couple of negatives. Seating was tight. I'm 6'2" and had little leg room. And the bread discs... More

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor when staying overnight for our flight out of DTW the next morning. We ordered the Beiruit Dinner for 2 and it was the best Middle Eastern food that we have eaten in the U.S. The baba ghanoush was delicious and the Beirut salad was delicious, with feta cheese, mild cucumber, tomatoes, and light... I do not want anyone taking this wrong! Our server wasn't over friendly, she was a bit distant, but not by any means rude. Just very direct, here's your food, eat, pay. The food was wonderful, hummus very fresh & creamy. Shish Kabobs did not come on skewers but we're still perfectly grilled. I would go back, it's authentic food.... More

Was staying close by and noticed this restaurant and decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Cool family restaurant with really great middle eastern food. Friendly and welcoming staff and reasonably priced. Will return if I am back in the area.

One of our favorite little places near the airport. We often order one of the larger grilled platters for carry out. Lots of rice. The meat is typically tender and juicy.

I went in about 6:30 on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not very full, but there was a steady stream of carry out customers. Good sign I thought. I was given the coice of any open table and was greeted warmly. After a minute or two i was greeted by my server who delivered a pitcher of ice water, and... More

We went here after a long day of flying - as we were driving home. It was close and the reviews looked decent. I would not rave about the food or the setting or the service, but it met a need. The prices were good. The ambiance was a bit of "down and out" -- it needs some paint and... More

I stumbled across this place when I was staying at a local hotel for work. I noticed it on Trip Advisor, read the reviews and decided to try it for something different. I'm not well versed in Mediterranean food but I'm always willing to try something new so I needed some help figuring out what to order. The woman waiting... More
