I've been to Half Day Cafe many times for both breakfast and lunch. Their fresh baked bread is amazing and they use high quality ingredients in all of their dishes. Wonderful!

Can't decide whether to have breakfast or lunch? This is the place for you. Great variety, freshly made and reasonably priced. It's tucked away in the center of a strip mall but well worth finding.

I especially like the Brookdale a Ruben like one that has coleslaw instead of sauerkraut- quite good and filling

We love going here for soup and sandwiches. Fresh food that is cooked fast. Love the home made breads, especially the sour dough. The restaurant could be a little cleaner. We sat over in a corner near a vacuum and the thermostat looked filthy.

I've been here twice, and both times the breakfast was very good, with a good selection of items, not just your everyday run of the mill breakfast menu. It is a order at the counter sit and wait for your food to be delivered set up. While I have never had their lunches the menu looks good as well.

Meh... I thiink I agree with Violet below. This place is over-rated. I work nearby, and we cater from here quite a bit. While the food is always good, the wraps and sandwiches are too small, and fall apart. They have a strawberry salad that I like, and their poppyseed dressing is awesome... as I said, we cater out a... More

Why so many high ratings? The floors here are grimy - tile & carpet. The multi-grain bread was too soft & the sandwiches were both sloppily made. Arby's is cleaner, has better bread (glazed on the surface), meat & toppings taste better, & they present a tidier sandwich. Arby's even offers more attentive service & is slightly cheaper.

Love the Thai Chicken Sandwich. The homemade sourdough bread is amazing. One of our favorite local hangouts for breakfast and lunch.

My wife had heard very good things about this place and I have to say that the recommendations are worth it. We visited on a late Saturday morning and the place was busy, but not overly so. With that, we were able to talk to the ladies behind the counter to get a feel for the place. It is a... More

Brought people here for lunch in from out of town....they always want to go back when they return to town. Fresh and good says it all. No better place for lunch in the area....only sorry they aren't open those days when soup and sandwich is what you want for dinner.
