Great for St. Patricks Day

Great party, great times on St. Patricks Day. O'Connor's knows how to celebrate and to make authentic Irish food!

Party of 8 with 9 different dinner and dessert items ordered and everyone was more than satisfied. Generous portions, nicely presented, fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The fire roasted veg was perfect! Extensive beer list, live entertainment, great service, caters to the whole family. Even offers crayons and activity sheets for the kids!

stopped in for an early dinner. Greeted and seated immediately. We choose not to have appetizers (we weren't that hungry)and just ordered a pint. The deco is beautiful, dark wood, with an old brick wall dividing the bar and dinning room. The bar is to die for. Just gorgeous. We ordered and highly recommend: Boxty Grilled Chicken w/cheddar cheese, the... More

Staff at all pubs/taverns always has some new people, but there is a core consistency to 'Conners that makes returning a simple joy. Cold pint after working out downtown at the excellent Rochester School of Martial Arts or window shopping is always fun and relaxing. Good staff, nice craft beer selection, solid menu all make for a "that's my pub"... More

We always get tender little cajun beef tips, with delicious mound of shredded potatoes and a delectible sauce. Last week it was served as basic beef tips surrounded by regular french fries smothered in gravy. When did the kitchen change the menu? when did Irish go Canadian with something more like the recent Poutine craze. We will be back. We... More

This rating is based on my own tastebuds and not of any true failing by the establishment. The food is simply too salty. For those folks that grab the salt shaker before the first bite, be warned. Yes, that's a pet peeve of mine.

This looks like a traditional Irish pub. They have Guinness and bass on tap along with delicious traditional Irish comfort food: shepards pie, corned beef (Irish sliders), fish n chips, Scottish eggs and more. They also have some more progressive choices that include fish tacos, fish entrees, salads and lots of others to choose from. I love everything. I've eaten... More

We love Gus O'Connor. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is great - except for the singer. Irish music would be more appropriate but anything may be better. The singer is loud, and singing sounds more like wailing. It's difficult to hear people next to you. We have avoided this restaraunt when we see the singer. It's unfortunate since... More
