Good

My Girlfriend and I went because of Guy Fieri visit on Diners, Drive-in and Dives.. I wanted to try the fried Cheeseburger.. The cheeseburger was ok, I also had the fried meatballs and they were good.. My girlfriend had the gizzards, she said they were alright..

Gizzard are not as good as momma's but they do have a lot of different flavors. About anything deep fried even hamburgers. This place is different but I wouldn't recommend eating there to often fried food is good but heart attack on a bun will get ya.

I eat here occasionally, great gizzards and good service. It's your typical neighborhood bar. Good food.

The menu boasts all kinds of foods you can't find in a city bar. Indeed, it is a special place with the kind of small-town charm you see in movies. The gizzards are great and I hope to try some of the many deep-fried desserts they offer.

We have been thinking about going here since seeing the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode, and I jokingly suggested we meet friends there, and they jumped at the chance. So we met up at this diner (or is it a dive?) and found a cozy seat in a corner table. The wait staff is very attentive and paid immediate attention... More

When the annual Gizzard Fest is NOT going on you get seated in the old part of the bar/restaurant. It is very old, the seats are torn and everything is sticky. If you are able to get past that, the food is really good. We all got different items, I had the deep fried chili cheese dog and it was... More

After seeing the Triple D episode on Joe's Gizzard City years ago it was a must stop after recently moving to western Michigan. As one who always looks for the local eatery when traveling, I really wanted to like Joe's but left disappointed (and a bit dyspeptic). We had no problem with the atmosphere or service - Joe's is a bar... Well lets just say it's a must stop if you are ever in Potterville or any where near it. It is a little dive restaurant and bar that serves a unique food. And I can say that the gizzards deep fried three different , naked, battered and then Cajun spiced were really moist, tender and yummy not everyone's idea of... More

We're fans of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives". So we were obligated to stop when we got within a mile of the place on our way across MI. We weren't disappointed. Just like the episode on Triple-D. Everything was great. My wife had the Mushroom-Swiss Burger and I had the Naked (No Batter) Chicken Gizzards and Onion Rings. Did I mention... More

I ate here once a few years ago after seeing it on Guy Fieri's DDD show on Food Network. I made a special trip for the gizzards, and it was great. Yeah, it's definitely a dive. It's a bar in a town with literally no stoplight, lol, so if you show up looking for brass, plants and designer lighting, move... More
