Great Food, Great Waitress

This had been our first trip to Grand Rapids Michigan. We were looking for a good Italian restaurant and saw that the parking lot was packed. We were happy that we had stopped. Used to be great. Had plastic in my food. When I looked at window large dusty cobwebs and sill full of dust. They recently changed to a GUN FREE establishment. When I asked the on duty manager said they were recently held up. Now they advertise no guns except for the felons robbing them. Oh, I forgot, before a felon... More

Amber deserves an AWARD!!! She was really great! There was a group of 12 of us there celebrating a birthday. Amber had the patience of a saint! She handled our table single handed and didn't miss a beat!! Appetizers, soups, salads, entree's, drinks.... we had coupons, someone else in the group wanted our points... we had separate bills.... MAN! anyone... More

Stopped by with my wife for a late lunch. Our waiter was great and the pizza was superb. We had the zucchini fritte for an appetizer and it was delicious.

We enjoyed this restaurant. Just experienced their Amore Mondays. Great food, selection and wonderful value at $13 for 3 courses Service was excellent as it always is. They still serve a little to quickly in order to turn the table. To avoid this simply delay ordering.

One of our go to restaurants when nothing else sounds good. At first we started off on the wrong foot, we waited and waited and other tables that came in after us were getting served first. Then waiter Ivan showed up and explained that it was his first day serving, from that point forward everything was outstanding. Manager Helen came... More

We called ahead to be put on the list (because we had 4 adults and 3 kids) and it wasn't much of a wait considering we showed up around 6pm. The service was very good and everything was tasty. We basically all got the filet and everyone loved it. The only strange thing about my meal was that my cut... More

Carrabba's has some very good and unique menu items, especially for a large chain restaurant. Their pasta is some of the best around and their homemade salad dressings are very good. It is definitely worth dining here.

The minestrone soup is made Vegan at this location and it is AMAZING! So hearty and filling. The kids pizza was delicious and my son really enjoyed the activity book they provide with the kids menu. The environment is clam and warm but the air conditioning was on too low, it was FREEZING in there. Our waiter (Kalvin) was incredibly... More

I recently dined here with 5 friends. It was a weekday so we were seated right away. My salad was good, and the sliced fresh bread was also good with the olive oil. My main entrée of chicken marsala was nothing special, and the alfredo noodles were dry and needed more sauce. The person that I was with ordered baked... More
