Another Good Local Place

We enjoy our visits to Courthouse and am pleased that they are updating the paint scheme. Food is very good and always enjoy eating in the bar area where Deb performs on weekends and Gretchen handles the bar. We always feel at home when we visit.

There were about 60 of us. It was about $25 per person...no alcohol. Service was excellent. The room was nicely decorated. The food was average. They gave us 3 selections to choose from. I wouldn't choose to go again based on this experience.

We were a party of 17 and were thankfully seated in a private room. We arrived first and were greeted promptly but never asked if we'd like to order a drink until the entire party was present. Food was delicious and well priced - didn't hear any complaints. Our server, Tyler, was very nice but needs some polish (ie: reaching... More

Enjoyed a delicious lunch for a private party. Really neat building with different dining rooms. Very cozy with a nice ambiance. Only drawback was service. Never received our drink order, but there were a lot of people, so I think they were understaffed.

I ate dinner here on a Thursday night as part of a "meet the investment firm" shindig. Entree was 1/2 Norwegian salmon, 1/2 chicken, very good, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. The bottom half of each asparagus stalk was so tough and stringy as to be barely edible. Service was reasonably good during the meal; my 3 table-mates and I (who... More

This was my first visit to the Courthouse Grille. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. We tried three of the appetizers: lamb chop lolli pops, blue crab cakes, and the artichoke heart beignets. All very delicious in there own right. The chops were cooked perfectly, juicy with the right amount of seasoning and crispness. The crab cakes had nice pieces... More

Our table in front of the fireplace was waiting, with a cozy fire to warm us from the winter freeze. The manhattans were generous in size and made exactly as ordered. We enjoyed two different kinds of fish, both fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Each salad was also fresh with two tasty house made dressings. The both ten ounce house... More

We like dining in the bar area as it is very cozy and we try to sit near the fireplace for added ambiance. The wait staff is excellent and have always had a great meal.

We've been coming here for 35 years as this place has evolved. It's not Ernesto's any longer but emphasis is still on Italian food. On a recent visit my wife had a very nice Cherry Veal dish which she enjoyed. It was preceded by a minestrone soup which was rather too thick with veggies and not enough broth, but was... More
