Nothing from the outside, but outstanding food and service in an interesting atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent selection of brews, and a great menu for a pub. The onion rings are exceptional, the burgers and sandwiches are as good as any I've had in the area. I love that even though it's a pub, there's no loud music and you... More

During our 10 days at Trout Creek we enjoyed Mitchell's twice, which is a rave review! Their burgers actually have a strong meat flavor, different from so many other places where all you taste are the condiments. My wife and sister in law enjoyed the olive burgers, while I elected to have the basic Pub burger. I'd also tried the... More

Arrived starving after 3 hour drive. Bartender John was awesome, made a perfect, from scratch margarita. Food was delicious, lots of great beer on tap. Very relaxed feel, great people, warm and friendly. Thanks for the mustard, John!!

While walking around downtown Petoskey, we decided to have lunch here. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious. In fact I commented that the onion rings were the best I have ever tasted. Both of us were very pleased with the sandwiches and sides. I would definitely go there for a meal again and again.

My favorite restaurant in Petoskey. Outstanding, consistent food for years and years. The two sides provide your choice of atmosphere, kitchen is open pretty late (for Petoskey), and the craft beers are reasonably priced. Actually, they just expanded their tap lineup, and now, in addition to the beers they had before, you can find some interesting Michigan microbrews that are... More

We stopped in for a few drinks and dinner. The bartender and locals who sat around us at the bar were so friendly and fun! We had nachos, which were very good and an excellent reuben. The bartender recommended a beer I did enjoy. We always enjoy stopping in to local places and talking to people and this pub didn't... More

This is a good place for a burger or sandwich along with your favorite beverage (alcohol or otherwise). Service might depend on what time of day you go. Overall, it's good place to go for lunch.

We heard they poured the strongest drink in town and they weren't kidding. They were delicious! The staff was very sweet and patient with our celebrating wedding group and recommended one of the best drinks I've ever had (It started with an H?). The atmosphere is very fun, a great place to go.

My husband and I had burgers, and they had many different kinds, they were cooked just how we wanted, and they were very good. The atmosphere in this pub is fun - many interesting things on the wall, and it's right downtown Petoskey. The menu looks diverse and good. It's a little low lit, but it's a pub. We had... More

We loved it here! It was recommended by the hotel. We had a long day of golfing and exploring and were very hungry. We each ordered something different and I had the French Dip sandwich. Absolutely the tastiest best one I have ever had. They also served local beers there, and an awesome cheeseburger. Great décor and atmosphere. Your usual... More
