Staple of Mitchell Street, this pub is best at a late night hang out. Once you have been served a few the food tastes better! Great local hang out and one I still go to, just not expecting gourmet food....it's a pub!

Good pub quality atmosphere and made us feel welcome. You could choose where to sit and our server was very nice. We ordered the Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds as an appetizer, they were filling and delicious. The homemade ranch was the feature of the plate. For main course, we had a bacon cheeseburger and plate of chicken nachos. The... More

Yep, for a really finicky guy with his burgers, the Mitchell Street Pub & Cafe scored an astounding 10 out of 10 with my Hubby! The atmosphere is both funky and friendly. Onion soup was homemade and delicious. As an accompaniment, the side salad was crisp and fresh AND the sweet and sour dressing was homemade as well. We went... More

My wife and I come here at least once a week. The drinks are awesome!!! We love the atmosphere. It's really dark inside so don't wear your sunglasses in :) They have a lot of interesting things hanging on the walls. The service is always good. Everything on the menu is good that I've tried. I get there Long Island... More

Great food, great services, great drinks, great atmosphere. Everything. A do not miss place for soup in the fall/winter and always good for a great beer.

This is a fun pub that anyone can stop at for good value food and drink. They have small tables and a bar on one side with private booths on the other.

Came here for drinks after visiting a few other bars in town and had the best Long Island Iced Tea that I've ever had. I wished we had come here earlier on in the night. We did not have any food, so I can't comment on that. The atmosphere is great.

My niece and her friends came into town to visit and I wanted to take them to Mitchell Street Pub based on my one past experience there. It is customary to get a basket of peanuts before eating, which we were not offered. Our waitress was not very attentive and never asked how the meal was--I felt like we an... More

Our family has a cottage outside Petoskey that we go to several times a year, and we always make a point to stop at the Pub at least once per trip. It's a typical local saloon, dark, cozy with assorted memorabilia on the walls and flags on the ceilings. The bartending staff is always very friendly and accomodating, especially to... More

We were here for drinks and peanuts. Nice afternoon spent with friends and cold beer. Lots of peanuts eaten with the shells tossed on the floor. Staff was great, never had an empty glass. Great location downtown Petoskey. It is remarkably dark inside however.
