Good food and microbrews with a local vibe

When we stopped in for a late lunch we apparently entered through a secondary door, because we walked into an empty dining room with a lot of empty booths and no servers. The food was delicious. The service was the rudest I have ever experienced. I will NEVER return. Every person from the greeter to the waitress was rude.

This was our first visit to Petoskey. I went to trip advisor for advice on a good meal. After we stood for a while ungreeted wasn't sure if a hostess sitted you or we put our names in as we had never been there. We saw some seats at the bar so we sat to wait for a booth to... More

This place was what you would expect a local pub to be. Atmosphere and service were above average. Menu was typical for a pub and the food was slightly better than average. Teenagers had burgers, Wife and I had nacho's. All were good, not great.

Has both bar area, regular tables and booths. Excellent sandwiches and soups. Very friendly servers / cozy atmosphere. Have eaten there multiple times and not been disappointed.

The menu claims the Reuben is spectacular! Lies! Processed lunch meat for the corned beef...very disappointing. Tasted good but nothing special, not fresh. And the wait staff is mediocre. Good atmosphere but that's about it.

My family has lived in Petoskey for 20 years, my husband all his life. There was a time we would go to the Pub at least twice a month. We gave it the benefit of the doubt this past wk., and have decided we won't be back. My sons and I were treated rude at best by the wait staff,... More

Sometimes - you just really want a great steak - and the Pub has one - a wonderful 8 oz NY Strip with that great charcoal grilled flavor. If you add mushrooms for the extra buck - your tab is still well under $20 - and it comes with excellent fries - a nice piece of garlic toast - an... More

Always enjoy pulling up a barstool and having drink and meeting new friends. The food is a typical bar menu. The food is always good along with large portions. Looking forward to my next visit!

We loved the looks of the place. Not the place to go if you have a large group. Bar is very narrow. Good beer, but to get service was a little like pulling teeth. Great fried cheese curds. Leos next door was a better setting for us.
