This great cafe has new owners who are making a wonderful change. They are open for breakfast and lunch, serving sandwiches and pastries for breakfast and great sandwiches for lunch. After a successful trial run a week ago, they are now open on weekend evenings (Fri, Sat, Sun; 5-8) for fantastic Lebanese food, with superb flavors. The owners have kept... More

After driving in from Battle Creek to have a friendly visit with our tax man, we decided to see about lunch in Paw Paw. As we are not familiar with Paw Paw, we asked for suggestions of places to eat and decided to try Cafe 237. We enjoyed a delicious late lunch there. My husband ordered a steak blue cheese... More

Went there for lunch and the menu is small. But the burgers are big! I had the olive burger and it was delicious and the balsamic coleslaw is delightful. The staff is a waitress and the cook, both are friendly. I went back a second time.

It is a small restaurant in Paw Paw, so park in back. You really need to try the Eggs Benedict, they were very good. I also liked the Country Benedict. The menu changes often by way of the daily chalk board so it is a nice change of pace for breakfast.

It is my understanding that this once fine establishment is closed due to illness of the owner. It was at one time a fine dining restaurant with quaint atmosphere and beautiful though, slightly pricey, entrées. That so many remember it fondly is a legacy to its founder.

We were up in the Paw Paw area today and went to the Cafe based on the previous reviews. Service was very disappointing. Waitress ( she never told us her name but she is middle aged with long dark hair) pointed us to a table and plonked down the menus. She never smiled and was not friendly at all. We... More

Yummy!!! They have breakfast which is outstanding. Lunch is quite tasty, but dinner is beyond delicious! The variety is outstanding. Service can be just a little slow, but this is not food to be hurried. Everything is from scratch fresh and local produce when possible.

I'd seen the reviews so I was very excited to give this place a try. I live in the area and stopping in for takeout. I ordered the Quiche special for $8.95, which comes with a side salad, or soup, or scone and fruit. Should have went for the scone and fruit, but I ordered the soup. I was thinking... More
