We had a group of about a dozen head out for lunch. Most had burgers, the rest had salads. The food came quickly, the burgers were good, and the salads were huge. Everyone enjoyed their meals, but several of us were disappointed at the service. The server was rude/obnoxious both taking orders and delivering meals. Will return because the food... More

called in here for a quick lunch with work colleagues. The decor is pretty standard American diner style. The service was quick and friendly. I despite its embarrassing name I went for the 'Burning Love' burger. It was very good indeed with tasty fries. Would happily go again.

Having heard about Red Robin so often we decided to try it when we found one in Novi for lunch. The burger was very good (although I've had better) but the fries were possibly the best I've ever had and they were bottomless. We had 3 helpings of fries each and decided to skip dinner. Restaurant was also clean and... More

Couple guys stopped in here after a football game for some burgers. We were all happy with our burgers, but the restaurant could definitely improve. The servers were not exactly the best, but I think one should assume that at a chain like Red Robin. The cleanliness of the restaurant could also be improved upon. The table was sticky and... More

We had a relatively large group when we went to the restaurant so I'll try to temper my comments, but the restaurant was pretty empty. They decided to let the one waitress, who seemed to be fairly new, handle the large party. In my experience, restaurants usually assign more than one waiter to large parties. That didn't happen. The food... More

Our party grew in the middle of our visit to include one to three more people. The staff was very accomidating and responded well to our requests however, the dishes (mainly the cups) were dirty. Ew.

★★★★★ Excellent service. Delicious food! This is by far the vest Red Robin in Michigan. Shanae is the best bartender! Quick and attentive service all around. Such a fun, and loving-warm environment. This place has is own atmosphere, and it's own beautiful way of delivering a new breed of ambiance. I'd rather go here than the Olive Garden across the... More

I really love this restaurant and the chain and I go when I travel too. An really neat and casual atmosphere, amazingly friendly and energetic staff and efficient service. Families and travelers alike and even when I am alone I still do not receive great service. I love the burgers, and especially the fact you can ask for them to... More
