I mentioned in my last review I wasn't sure I would go back to Poole's because of the ridiculous wait time. Well, a very good friend who relocated out of Michigan a few years ago and was back in town for a visit wanted to have lunch at Poole's. And so we went. It was a beautiful afternoon and an... More

Dirt casual, bar too, and outside dining (my favorite) too. The wine's wet; I can't drink beer.....BUT......the burgers and onion rings are to dye for; the wraps are tasty too. Salsa and nachos are big! Friendly, woman-run business, and they do it very well. Go.

Fairly good, greasy bar food. We only go if we can sit outside. They should turn down the outside TV. It ruins the atmosphere.

If you want a great hamburger then go here. They only come with a bag of chips so make sure you ask them to add their home made potato thins to your order for I think $1.75 more. Those are just as good as the burger. Prices are reasonable and service is good.

This a a nice family friendly bar and restaurant! Reliable good food with good service too. We like the chili and the burgers are great! There are tvs for watching sports and a "juke box" music computer. Good food and drinks and a good value!

Visited Poole's a few times. The food the first few times was quite good. Especially, the pulled pork on a pretzel bun. Bit pricey for what you get. Service was average. Had one bad experience with takeout, but dining there every time was good. I'm sure i'll give them another chance.

They have other stuff, but for me its a good place to grab a brew and a burger in downtown Northville. I cant think of anything outstanding there, but far from bad too.

If you are looking for a burger and beer, this might be the place. We thought food was pricey considering portion size. Deep fried fish was burnt. Very small portion of French fries. Ordered burger well done and it was pink in the middle. Disappointed because they don't offer a baked fish only deep fried. 4 diners and we all... More
