Excellent decor -- if you like sitting next to 2 pool tables, clack, clack, clack. I waited in lobby 8 minutes for my 2 friends to come; during that time, several people aggressively pushed alcohol (I don't drink alcohol). My cream-of-wild-mushroom soup and salmon-steak sandwich were delicious; the onion rings were soggy. We had to go find the server after... More

Not your ordinary steak, chicken, pasta menu. Be adventurous and test your taste buds. You won't be disappointed. Save room for the chocolate cookies!

Nice outdoor patio. However, the sun was in our eyes at the end of our meal and hastened our departure. We are big fans of the Moose Preserve. This place is nearly identical. Good service. Good food, The filet was nicely done. The fish tacos are great. We paid $64 before tip. for one appetizer, one beer, one ice tea,... More

Hannah was our server and I asked her to select a dinner for me. The Deadwood is noted for their wild game dinners which I have already enjoyed at a previous visit. Hannah had Eddie and Bubba make me a cheese and potato chip encrusted walleye with oven roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables. I also had their featured soup of... More

My wife and kids went here because I was intrigued and the other places I wanted to try didn't open until 4. The parking lot always seemed full so I was a little eager. It was kind of what I expected although I had hoped for better. The walleye appetizer was good but nothing exception. My kids ordered the full... More

Everyone loves Deadwood! The food is great the service is great. Consistently a wonderful neighborhood place. We went recently with friends for a Friday night dinner. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, one of my favorite meals there. It was delicious as expected. What was unexpected was the Effen Black Cherry Martini! Fabulous!!!!! I can't wait to go back and... Looks like an Adirondack lodge, warm and inviting, with wildlife pictures, snowshoe lights, antler chandeliers and a big fireplace. Sturdy tables with wicker and/or tall back wooden chairs. There is a friendly looking bar and sports on TV. There is also a pleasant looking patio, if the weather is nice. There is a Sunday brunch and daily specials. The menu... More

Ok. Went in with high expectations and overall they were met. The place has a great ambiance with the log cabin and tables and a great outdoor seating area. The wild game is a strong focus with mixed delivery. We got the Wild Thang appetizer and the ravioli was the only disappointment. I got the Road Kill platter and the... More

Food is always good and there is a great selection on the menu. Specials are good. Enjoy the desserts which I should order first.
