Excellent Food with some cons

A little different perspective. We were so very excited to visit Pierre Anne after reading wonderful reviews. We will agree the food is most definitely worth the stop and higher prices as this was our favorite meal during out three day Michigan trip. Even though I live in New Buffalo, I had never tried Pierre Anne and now I wonder WHY!? We went there (myself, husband, 2 college age daughters). We were delighted with the unique, old fashioned ambiance with so much attention to detail and were even more delighted with the food!. Healthy, good sized portions, unique menu -- awesome! Good service... More

This was amazing. The crepes were delicious. The host was charming. The service was excellent. The restaurant was beautiful. We arrived at noon on a Sunday and were seated right away. By the time we left it was filling up. It's small but so worth the wait. A great start to our trip up to Manistee.

Superb food! Expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Crepes were wonderful--Gruyere and various fresh ingredients. The green salad had lovely leaf lettuce, julienned vegetables and fresh pears with a light dressing. Simply delicious!! The owners are gracious and warm.

A lovely restaurant with delicious crepes and fresh fruit. I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but that didn't stop us from savoring every bite. We lucked out by going early (10:30a on Sunday) because the rush came shortly after 11. Get there early so you can enjoy this spot. FYI, they don't take credit cards.

I had no idea this restaurant was there and I have been to New Buffalo many times. Being on the Red Arrow Highway you would think it would be noisy--not at all. We sat on the secluded patio and were waited on by staff who could not have been nicer. Pleasant greeting with explanation of the specials. The crepes came... More

Not sure how I haven't reviewed this place before. It's a must stop when in New Buffalo. The crepes are absolutely to die for. Limited hours so make sure they're open before you go.

This place is fantastic. Went here with the family for Father's Day. The food was delicious. Though it iis a bit expensive, the quality and service was great and certainly worth the price.

As a surprise for a deserving work colleague of mine, I thought it would be a nice idea to arrange for her and a guest to have brunch at Pierre Anne without having to concern herself with paying the check. I contacted Pierre Anne and couldn't have found a more generous or accommodating hostess than Chef Anne. Especially once I... More

I had read about Pierre Anne on TripAdvisor and planned to have breakfast there. I ordered a spinach and scrambled egg crepe with goat sauce and a fabulous side salad on the plate. I thought the food was good and worth the visit.
