Expect a long wait on the weekends, but worth the wait. We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday evening and had a lovely dinner. We all got dinners, but the pizza looked good. House side salad was fantastic. The bread with olive oil was yummy. I could have made a dinner of salad and bread. I had the chicken with... More

The food was delicious! We heard from friends that Brewster's had good food and it not only was good, it was GREAT! We sat outside and it was beautiful and quiet! We are visiting Michigan again in a couple of weeks with our kids and we are definitely making sure Brewster's is one of our stops for a meal!

Enjoyed a lovely late lunch, gazpacho, a small pizza(great crust). Niece got the focaccia sandwich which she really liked. The only thing that was what I would call expensive were the beverages(2.99) for an ice tea, but you could also take one to go, in a large cup with fresh lemon. And the ice tea is really quite tasty. Staff... More

They don't take reservations, sat in the bar until they seated us in a half hour for supper, seating is limited. The pork chop was small but tender, asparagus crisp and fine, on top of a pile of root vegetables which were not edible, heavy on the Marcella sauce. Meatballs fair, sauce fair, spaghetti was under-cooked and watery for over... More

Brewster's is always a treat. The food has been consistently well above average for years. Service is good once you get a table, but they can get busy during the summer months and on weekends. It is worth the wait.

My wife and I went here during a weekend get away. I had the tortellini and was not disappointed. The only problem I had was, finishing it. The helping was more than generous. Our service was friendly, our food was great, and the feel of the restaurant was comfortable. As my title says...get yourself some cookies. We were so stuffed,... More

My son and husband and I recently had a wonderful lunch at Brewster's We drive in from Illinois a couple of times of year and have never been disappointed. The service is always friendly and courteous, the outdoor seating is always a pleasant setting and the food is consistently excellent. My husband enjoyed the pasta and meatballs, my son loved... As with many places, I gave Brewster's several chances. But, I have always been disappointed. The food is so marginal that I won't be going back. There is no comparing it to The Bentwood Tavern, in the nearby Marina Grand, so that's that.

We actually has our rehearsal dinner at Brewsters and loved it. The space was fantastic and the good was fabulous. We had 24 people in the back wine room. I would highly recommend the staff and service for any larger event.
