They should be better prepared for weekend crowds. We waited about 20 minutes for a table - even though there were three open tables. They wouldn't seat us because they didn't want to freak out the cooks! The hostess said they get too flustered when there are too many tickets waiting. So here we are in a line of people... More

I did like my blueberry pancakes, but the hash was not home made - it was out of a can. I would have preferred homemade hash.

We came to New Buffalo to see the beach. Rosie was very close to the beach. We have never been to Rosie before. We were just hungry around the lunch time. For some reason, my wife picked Rosie. When we first walked in, we noticed it was a traditional breakfast restaurant. We also noticed that they only accept CASH but... More

We went here for breakfast and I highly recommend it. Our waitress was the sweetest person, our food came very quick and the best part was the food was delicious!

My husband and I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning in early May. We got a table right away and got our food very quickly. Good food, decent portions, fairly inexpensive.

We really wanted to try this place the last time we were in New Buffalo, but were surprised to find out they close at 2pm. This time, Rosie's was the first place we stopped when we got in town, and it was worth it! Since it is a diner, we went for some staples. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and... More

My husband and I visited Four Winds casino , we had some extra time to drive downtown New Buffalo to look around. Delightful town! We had not eaten breakfast yet and really needed food, so we stopped at Rosie's, a cute little diner just a short distance from the lake. The service was wonderful, the food was perfect and the... If you are looking for a fast breakfast, this place will accomplish that. The food is average breakfast food, not bad but also nothing special. What you would expect from a diner. Just be prepared, no split checks and no cards.

Food cheap but tasty, wouldn't let me bring my coffee in and did not accept credit cards. I have been told it is a restaurant for the "locals". Its a shame because it is in a town that caters to Visitors.

Heard great things about Rosie's but we had a subpar experience. Chicken soup was not hot and all noodles, no chicken or vegetables. Salad dressing was all oil, no vinegar. Maybe we ordered the wrong things. Go to David's delicatessen instead. Much better food for same amount of money.
