We really enjoyed the shrimp salad appetizer. I had the scallops and they were really excellent. The rooftop bar was very fun and the view fantastic. My husband had the chili rubbed pork chop and didn't care for that. I would rate the restaurant excellent but the rest of my group would not. Our server was outstanding!

We had a wonderful meal sitting on the back deck of Bentwood Tavern, overlooking the many boats that dock in New Buffalo. The menu was varied and interesting. the food and service couldn't have been better. Looking forward to our next visit.

This resaturant is hidden away in the corner of the New Buffalo harbor next to New Buffalo Yacht Cclub. It serves excellent american fare. After dinner 'if you'd like' get a glass of wine and go up to the roof top and watch the boats coming and going in the harbor.

The chef, Jenny, had a very successful restaurant in Union Pier, called Jenny 's. It closed a number of years ago then she opened again in the hotel. This is a great location. You can sit out on the deck overlooking the marina in warmer weather. The service is great and the wine list one of the best. Atmosphere is... More

I am a self proclaimed food snob. Spending time in this region on vacation has its limits regarding great dining options. There are good options, just nothing really GREAT. However, Brentwood is in the great category. The décor and ambiance was lovely when you came it. I would call it "boating chic". We started at the bar where we chatted... More

It really feels like a vacation by lake but with that little extra. Wait for an outdoor sitting for dinner, is gorgeous and romantic, I think. The food is very good too and the staff very nice and service directed. Really enjoyed!

We really enjoyed our dinner here, it was a great little find. The menu is not large but it is very tasteful and offers many options. We had the pizza of the day which had kale, sweet potatoes, onion jam and goat cheese on it - it was lovely. NIcely done in a wood fired oven. Drinks were excellent, I... More

I lived in New Buffalo for 15 years and return now and then. This is still the best restaurant in town. The Executive Chef, Jenny, is terrific and makes very good meals, from thin crust pizza, to Chilean Sea Bass, which is her Signiture dish. There's something for everyone here, great service and reasonable but Chicago type prices. If you... More
