Every time we go to New Buffalo, Michigan, the kids want to stop at Redamak's. Seems like we always order the same thing....the hamburgers. No one wants to try anything else because they are so good. But bring cash because they don't take credit/debit cards or checks. Don't worry if your kids are noisey because the place is so loud... More

I was out with an old buddy and his wife. Sure is great when in a new town with people familiar with the area. This place was great. Simple, good food (burgers) with nice portions at a reasonable price. Had lunch there and everyone at our table was very satisfied. It gets crowded but a good family place to enjoy... More

We passed this place repeatedly during our three days in the area and it was perpetually packed. We we're surprise to see it less than busy on the evening of July 4 and at 9:30 pulled in for a late dinner. We were seated quickly and served promptly and we really enjoyed the food. The original hamburger was wrapped in... More

Dining at Redamak's Tavern is casual. The service is outstanding. The peppercorn cheese hamburger with the onion rings was the best ever! The restaurant is easy to find. It is always packed because the food is delicious. Plan to come early, especially if you have little ones! Young and old love this restaurant. The prices are reasonable. One experience here... More

Very good food and lots of it esp for kids. Kids portions were more like "teen" portions, according to my 10-yr old. Burgers weren't especially large but tasted excellent. The place was hopping and filled up fast but staff seemed up to the task. Great for lunch. Cash only is a drawback.

This place is a tradition that you go back for each and every year. But, be ready to wait for the pleasure...lines are usually long and it is crowded. Once you get in and are seated...the food is incredible with basic fare that is made into something memorable. The kids loved the burgers and fries with drippy cheese on all.... More

Redamaks is a tradition I enjoy every year I return back home for a visit. It never disappoints. The double velveetaburger is a lot to eat but oh so good. The new battered green beans were great as well. You need to plan your outing or be prepared to wait on weekends. They open at 12. We went at 12:15... More

Redamaks is a guilty pleasure. The food is a throw-back with incredible hamburgers that are best when you order the largest and let them slather it in Velveeta cheese. The fried food is wonderful and the whipped cream topped creations are perfect. It is like stepping back in to Happy Days. But, if you are with anyone on a diet,... More

Velveeta burger was good...fresh tasting and better than the average burger. The Swiss burger was juicy...I should have asked for mushrooms to make it a little fuller in flavor. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would return. We were there at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon to avoid a line.

and its way too busy and fattening. Save your cash for Four Winds. It is cute for a picture or nostalgia, but that is it...
