Delightful part of our wine tour

Our wine guide, the incomparable Francois, brought us here for lunch. We had already tasted 6 - 8 glasses of wine that morning so I was kind of impaired. despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. we had a sampling plate that was scrumptious. The wine was one we had already sampled. The sun... read more

The large courtyard, shaded by Micocouliers -hackberry trees - is one of our favorite places for a leisurely lunch in Provence. The restaurant is just off the main streets of the village, easy to find. The service is welcoming and very professional and the food always good. We recently took a group of 6 and enjoyed lunch under the sun.... More

Our last visit to this restaurant was rather over shadowed by a group of very sweaty cyclists who sat next to us whose "atmosphere" ripened as the sun got hotter. This time we were able to appreciate the outdoor courtyard still warm enough in late October to sit out in. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and... More

We dined here in the midst of a day-long wine tour and had a delicious lunch, what I can best describe as a "sampler" plate with small portions of eight or nine different appetizers, soups, and entrees with a refreshing rose' wine. And what a charming French country atmosphere! I imagine that dining outside in the evening, weather permitting, is... More

Located a couple of minutes from the center of the weekly market, this is an excellant choice for lunch, before taking a walk to enjoy great views from the old church. Very friendly, if somewhat inexperience, staff make you feel welcome. The main dining room is rather eclectic in appearance. The food is solid, honest fare presented well. It is... More

This is by far our favourite restaurant and our annual trip to Provence would not be complete without at least one visit here. This year we ate twice in the beautiful relaxed courtyard under the plane trees. The food here is as good as any Michelin star restaurant with quality, presentation and taste superb. They have daily menus as well... More

Hidden from the "main street" in Eygalieres this a pleasant place to spend the evening. The staff is friendly though sometimes a bit forgetful. Food is great and the daily menu is usually a great deal. Been there three times in one week. Say no more ...

Set in the beautiful village of Eygalieres which is one of the most picturesque parts of France, shame that this is such an appealing place, it is a nice outside terrace but the welcome (non-existent) and the incredibly slow service (we had to get our menus) is only made worst by the food, which was not edible Ingave my veal... Book ahead for this place Amazing food (stunningly presented) and fixed price menu was incredible value We loved this restaurant under the trees in roomy courtyard outside in quiet back street Delicious options for fixed price with a couple of vegetarian choices (unheard of in France!) -we had pre-warned them we had 2 veggies in our party.
