I had the meatloaf for the main course, a scotch egg for an appetizer. The service was good and the food was average. Good, but average. For one person, appetizer and with water to drink was $16.94. I went at 6:00pm on a Monday evening. Lots of parking and I was seated quickly. I would imagine both of those are... More

We were in there the weekend of the craft fair and we were horribly disappointed in your food. The fish and chips were ordered by 2 of the 3 at the table and both of them were disappointed. What type of fish comes in chunk form? Only catfish that I am aware of. They said it tasted ok but it... More

I have been to Hennessy's many times and have never had a bad meal! They keep their menu updated and fresh. It's great they utilize the talent from the Culinary Institute of Michigan, just a few blocks away. Try the clams and mussels, the salmon flat-bread, perch, burgers, Irish stew, ale rarebit dip, and much more, all are amazing! And... More

Today we went for lunch and it was our first time to visit this gem. My wife and I have seen the enticing billboards around time and have wanted to stop but never did. We went with another couple and the husband was celebrating his birthday. First, our waitress, Amanda, did an excellent job throughout our meal and visit. I... More

Food below average as it was our first visit...pretty tasteless. Was hoping for a better 2nd visit. Not very good in offering substitutions for side items...out of 6 in our group...not one said they enjoyed their meal. All felt the food did not have good flavor. Probably won't be back.

I like the atmosphere and the great beer selection. Food is not so good. Maybe because it's Irish but I gave not found anything on the menu that I like. I will continue to go for the beer but not got dinner.

Our party featured four adults and two children and right from the time we walked in the front door we were treated EXTREMELY well. We had an outstanding and very friendly server named Kym who took great care of us. The menu was varied as was the assortment of beers and other drinks. The food was outstanding and the price...
