I had heard great things about CF Prime but had never been. I took a friends advice and took a girl there for a first date. It was phenomenal. We ordered a bottle of wine from the extensive wine list and shared a lobster fritter appetizer. Our server also told us about the Porterhouse for 2 and we just had... More

Four of us dining, I ordered medium rare ribeye, everyone got their food except me. They had to throw it on the grill a little bit longer I guess. Got my steak and first bite all I tasted was burnt/charred grill marks, second cut into the steak noticed how rare, not medium rare at all. We all asked for the... More

I was very disappointed coming here. I was expecting elegance and amazing food. We waited forever and were told that the chef had not even come in yet so none of the prep work had even been completed. I tried the Sherry scented lobster and crab bisque and it was subpar - it did not taste fresh, at all. When... More

Classiest eatery in the area. Small space, individual attention, intimate formal atmosphere. Not for casual, economical, or group dining, but has real gravitas for up to six people. Perfectly cooked steaks, quality drinks, intentionally impressive.

Prices are pretty high. Sides and salads are all extra on top of the high price. With that said, we did take advantage of a Friday night special of two prime ribs, 2 sides, 2 salads for the price of $30, which was a very good deal compared to most menu options. The food was awesome. Side dish choices are... More

We were there for business on a very quiet night. The food was very good. The caramelized brussel sprouts were amazing. I don't like brussel sprouts, but these were wonderful. The only thing that was distracting was the waiter. This is one of those restaurants where they want to tell you how everything is prepared and how it will be... More

We go often and love, love it everytime. The atmosphere and service is wonderful. The filet with mushroom cream sauce is my favorite and the brussel sprouts are to die for. Great wine selection and yummy white cosmos. Especially cozy in the winter. There is a great private room for a small group.

Very good restaurant, especially for special occasions. Good service. Upscale. We would visit more frequently if we still lived in Muskegon.

I forget to review places sometimes, but after going again to CF Prime this Friday I had to get this review on!! We have gone numerous times to this restaurant and have LOVED it every time. Best steaks and prime rib in Muskegon. This is truly a fine dinning establishment. Intimate dinning, great wine selection, top shelf single malt scotches and a menu full of great food offerings. CF Prime is in a league with Ruth Chris Restaurants and Smith & Wollensky in Manhattan, NY. You owe it to yourself to give it a try, it's... More
