The Navigator is the restaurant nearest the Pictured Rocks Boat Tour location. It is a reliable, friendly restaurant that has served meals to our family for about forty years. When I go into the Navigator, I expect comfort food, and I get it!

Service was quick, but I had the feeling that the food may have been cooked from frozen. My wife asked for the fish and chips, and it looked like it may not have been prepared fresh. Same with my chicken. Food was average. Not too expensive.

This is one of the few restaurants you can find in Munising area. It's plus point is its location. It is next to the Pictured Rock Cruise dock. So you can get a view of the Superior while having your lunch ! The food was rally good, specially the Nachos salad !

We ate breakfast here before our kayaking trip, largely due to their advertisement that they do box lunches. We needed lunches for our trip, so this was the perfect choice. Everything tasted great (omelet, French toast, oatmeal, eggs). But when we got our box lunches, the server filled up styrofoam cups with pop for us to take. The menu said... More

10:30 on a Tuesday morning we dropped in for breakfast. The sign said "breakfast anytime" so we were sold and hungry! The restaurant was not busy, just a few tables waiting for their food. We watched as 4 servers bustled about. Not one person said "hello", or "be right with you", or made eye contact. There were only 5 of... More

We ate breakfast both days in town. Great menu and friendly staff. It is not right on the water but if you get lucky enough to get one of the few tables (we did not) in back, you would have a wonderful water view.

En route from Marquette to Sault Ste Marie, we were in need of breakfast at about noon and were delighted to learn that the Navigator serves its full breakfast menu all day. The interior decor was delightful, with a sailboat theme. But we learned that there was outdoor seating on the deck in the back of the building, overlooking Lake... More

We have eaten several times before at The Navigator and enjoyed it. Decor and location are good. Food was always decent - a little pricey, but look where you are... This time, though, service was slow - everyone seemed to be busy but there were not that many full tables, so not sure what they were busy doing. Had salads,... More

The food is horrific! The staff is even worse! Never have I ever left am establishment feeling as unwanted, unappreciated, and dirty like I have here! The booths are filthy, the floors are worse, under our booth was garbage and stale food! I was afraid to use my utensils so I used my hands! The staff was rude and very... More

This place has great atmosphere with nautical items throughout. The Babe The Blue Ox blueberry pancakes are epic. They're huge and really delicious.
