We went to visit this place for lunch and it turn out to be a horrible experience. We order our lunch on their prepared menu for faster service that turned out to be not fast at all... We waited for all our food to be completed. The worst case i have is that I order a Sinigang na Bangus for... More

Cafe Leona served variety of choices. Pasta, Pizza, Japanese food, Ilocano (native) dishes, Chinese and more. Maybe this is why more people preferred here. We tried to take our dinner here. The interior is dark and people smoke. Ohh we were in the smoking area and there was also an area for non-smokers. But then what if more are non... More

Went here to experience a "local" resto. When we entered, we thought the place was closed because there was no greeting and the two staffs just stared at us. We had to take the menu from the shelves ourselves and call the staff for our order. The food is okay, we ordered pizza and pasta. Maybe we came at the... More

Well, you can't really complain as the cafe itself boasts a one-step access to Vigan's heritage center--Calle Crisologo. Expect that food is not as cheap as other similar cafes in the area, since the location is premium; but food, definitely, is good :) We tried pinakbet, beef steak, and vigan longanisa for breakfast, all of which, we thoroughly enjoyed. The... More

Eating outside is great because A/C inside is a little extreme for my blood. Waiters are not bad but they certainly are not enthusiastic or particularly welcoming. The food is what brought me back each time. Even when on the third night they got my order wrong, it was better than what I wanted. The stuffed calamari was really fresh,... More

Just as the title states, the food was good but the service needs improving. The waiter seemed to be very new and while that may have been the case, there is no excuse for him not being shadowed to ensure that the customers are being serviced properly. For pete's sake, your restaurant is in the middle of tourist attractions.

Cafe Leona's interior compliments the vintage aura of Vigan. It is recommended to eat outside at night to enjoy the hustle bustles of Calle Crisologo. Since we've been to Ilocos Norte before Vigan and kinda contented eating Ilocandia dishes, we decided to order california maki and 4 cheese pizza to neutralize our palette. The maki was made so fresh! The... More
