Not a bad do-drop-in for a lunch place. Is basic bar food and not bad, but not great. Service a bit slow during lunch but they were slightly busy. Looks like a cool hangout though - pool tables, many TV's, large bar area, etc.

On a tip we went to Pete's it is approx 10 minutes from the hotel area but worth the traffic free trip. We shared wings and pizza and beer --- it all tasted home made --- good atmosphere and our serving staff seemed very happy to be at work. Extensive menu at reasonable prices. I will go back.

Our family went to dinner for a family friends birthday party. We took grandkids and 5 adults. We were seated quickly and served drinks as soon as we were seated. Our food was hot and all orders were correct. All this on a Friday night when they were getting busy.

Always great food, huge portions (enough for 2) and fun atmosphere. If you have never been to Pete's check and see if a car booth is available. Lots of fun!!

I don't live in Monroe but have worked here for more than 25 years. Pete's has always been the place for locals to hangout. It has grown and evolved into a great restaurant and bar. Lots of craft beers and a great place to watch sports or shoot pool. Awesome mushroom soup too.

My family often meets here when wanting to get together. It is a busy place and often filled with sports enthusiasts and the younger crowd. There is an upstairs loft type seating area too though which can accommodate large groups and small children who don't want to sit the whole time. Food is great and there are specials. Service is... Pete's is a great sports bar. The food is good, I like the Mexican selections. Pete's has specials during the week, too. It is family owned and the Rendina's take great pride in maintaining quality. There are also rooms to host parties.

We eat here regularly. The burgers are the best in town, and they have a lot of good daily specials, including drinks. Great bar atmosphere, lots of TVs with sports on, and usually very good service.

Been there to visit my family and went out to have dinner at Pete's. Oh how I muss this place, great food quality service and for each dish it will be good for two . I had a burrito which I only ate half. The night specials are a huge plus. Waiting line can take a long time but worth... More

On the plus side, the food was fine, the service was friendly, and the prices were as expected. The automotive theme was well carried out, with hollowed-out cars serving for a few tables upstairs, and lots of old road signs and artifacts adorning the walls. There is no real negative side to speak of, except that the place is so... More
