Charming, great staff, great location and imaginative food

We love The Spoon for breakfast, but have also had great lunches here, too. Soups, salads, unique sandwich combinations and breakfasts. Owner Tammy makes you feel welcome but doesn't hover. Waitress Diane is warm and efficient and I don't think she's ever in a bad mood! Great barista bar to go with... read more

We stopped at the serving spoon to break up a long trip. I ordered the mushroom wrap. It was very taste. We also ordered the veggie pita which was also good. The table service was great and the view of the harbor was nice as well. A great value.

Excellent, friendly service! Super clean, relaxing atmosphere! Great location across from Marina. The best cup of espresso I have had on my trip since leaving Montana! They have excellent food as well!!! The Serving Spoon is a must stop if you are in Menominee!!!! Bravo!!!

The owner of this place works her butt off. This place has some of the best brunch you can find in Menominee, it's really great coming home from Chicago to visit. Whenever leave I miss my double espressos from Starbucks, but who needs Starbucks when you have this cozy place!

The Serving Spoon is a charming little restaurant that you'll never find if you stay on the highway, as most do driving through Menominee. It's in downtown (only a few minutes off of 41 and 35) near the marina, an area that clearly has seen better days, but don't let that put you off. It's in an old, nicely decorated... More

I overall enjoyed eating at the Serving Spoon. The food is healthier than other restaurants in the area. The menu is pretty limited, small servings, and they have no fried foods (I personally like french fries with my sandwiches). The waitress actually laughed at me when I ordered french fries... I think it is insulting to laugh at a customer... More

I generally go to the Serving Spoon at least once every two months. The coffee (I always order a Soy Latte) is consistently good, the breakfast menu is excellent--try the omelets--all are great, and they offer gluten-free menu options, if you need them. The quaint atmosphere keeps this place interesting and I can't recommend it highly enough. I have been... More

The organic, shade-grown coffee is absolutely the best in the area. Specialty coffees are their forte. Plus, the food is excellent. It is probably the only place to get pesto in a 50 mile radius! I recommend breakfast. It is always our first choice. Delicious and great value. Plus, with the Serving Spoon card, your 11th specialty coffee is free!

The Serving Spoon is a small café located on historic First Street in Menominee, MI. It has a nice, cozy, homey atmosphere and also has a large front porch for additional dining (weather permitting.) The porch also offers a nice view of the Menominee Marina. The food is good with competitive pricing. They aren't your average sandwiches or burgers. They... More

The serving spoon is located on first street, which is a great water front location with plenty of businesses, bars and restaurants. The inside of the serving spoon is pretty basic by design. You can tell they are going for a theme but you can't tell exactly what that is. The good is generally all pretty uninspired, when I go... More
