The Serving Spoon is a small café located on historic First Street in Menominee, MI. It has a nice, cozy, homey atmosphere and also has a large front porch for additional dining (weather permitting.) The porch also offers a nice view of the Menominee Marina. The food is good with competitive pricing. They aren't your average sandwiches or burgers. They... More

The serving spoon is located on first street, which is a great water front location with plenty of businesses, bars and restaurants. The inside of the serving spoon is pretty basic by design. You can tell they are going for a theme but you can't tell exactly what that is. The good is generally all pretty uninspired, when I go... More

Cozy Atmosphere, outdoor seating on the large porch with a great view and never fail to impress breakfasts! Black Bean Breakfast Burger, Eggs Benedict (traditional and vegetarian) and a great selection of omlets from interesting (try the kick a$$) (I had to edit that for Trip Advidor lol) to standard (I had the veggie last week - packed with fresh... I loved the idea of eating breakfast in an historic home. The food was as good as the atmosphere. The menu had a lot to offer - not just your normal bacon and eggs (although you could get that, too).

Eggs Benedict is a favorite dish of mine, and I enjoy trying this classic breakfast when I'm at home as well as when traveling. The Serving Spoon Cafe's version is excellent! Also, they prepare a half order if your appetite is smaller.

The kind of place you seek out for a good breakfast, lunch or coffee. Cafe atmosphere, they make a good espresso. Delicious breakfasts, pastries, lunch menu looked great too. We'll be back here on every family visit !

What a cute place! Great find next to marina ... a quality espresso drink! Wasn't able to make it back for breakfast but it's on the bucket list for next trip.

We visited here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately. We chose to sit out on their patio which was covered with fresh flowers and a view of Lake Michigan. The service was fantastic. We ordered Western burgers which came with a pickle and tortilla chips. It was just the right amount of food and... More

Very earthy, happy, charming little boutique restaurant with sandwiches for today's tastes. They sell coffees and other goodies to take with you but the couple of rooms with tables and chairs are fun, in a way new-age but not annoying, and it is in the heart of the little historic downtown where you can sit on the porch and look...
