Many years since we have been here. Stopped by for lunch. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service was as good as I remembered. Excellent fresh baked bread and coffee as well. Look forward to returning.

Finally got to see what all the billboards on I-94 were about. I was expecting something out of 1982 but got 19th century decor and 21st century food. We ate in the bar and the food was great and local beer selection excellent. Waiter was friendly and informed about the food, drink, and history of the place.

It is about the experience - great people, good food, in an atmosphere that has only improved with age.

I have stopped here numerous times on my way between Ann Arbor and Chicago. The service and food is always excellent and the town is a nice quaint stop. The price may be a little expensive, especially if you compare it with Subway or similar. So even though there is no scenic views per se at the restaurant the town... More

Dining at Schuler's is a wonderful experience. Take the time to read/tour the dining room to absorb the wisdom. The service is first class with wonderful food & drink choices. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion. If you enjoy bread, don't miss the cranberry/walnut!

I'm a lifelong Schulers patron. My Great Grandparents ate there. If you are within 50 miles and driving by it is a must stop!

Way to expensive for the quality of food they provide. They only have about two or three meals that are decent but not worth the price.

We went to the Pub for lunch after church on Sunday. I had the French Onion type of soup along with a sandwich. They were good. Would I go back. Yup. But not on a regular basis. A little to expensive for my wallet. BUT a nice change from other area resturants.

If you're passing thru Marshall, MI, make sue you eat at Schulers. They are known for their wonderful cheeses, which you can buy in their lobby area along with a number of other cheese items. Their famous cheese spread is served with warm, hearty bread and compliments any meal. Try the prime rib, it is a generous portion and the... More
