My partner and I visited Little Traverse Inn for dinner October 9, 2014. We were vacationing in the area for the week and after driving by several times on our way to/from hiking excursions, the inviting curb appeal spurred me to log on to Trip Advisor, where positive reviews – including kudos for the live Celtic music on Thursday nights!... Dined here twice in past thirty days. Both time we ate at the bar. Both times we both ordered fish and chips as that is the only menu item for we who have to avoid cholesterol. Both times the serving of fish and the fries were bountiful. Both time both the fish and the fries were over cooked. The fish... More

Graham and staff once again kept this lad a smilin. I had the Scottish egg and we both had the fish and chips. You da thought we were back in the Highlands with the family. Very tasty and a must if you are on the Leelanau Peninsula. And they had a lad a playin and a singin. Jim and Linda... More

This lovely inn and pub has a wrap around dining area overlooking the lake and charming wait staff who are happy to share the distinctly British tastes on the menu. It was a pleasant surprise to find such authentic dishes prepared stateside! The gents in the party were pleased to find casked beer served along with the draughts. Sticky toffee... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at this pub! My friend and I had the candied salmon and thought it was great! My husband enjoyed an Indian Vindaloo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fourth in our party liked his walleye selection. There were so many choices that sounded good we had a hard time making our selections! We will return!!!

Stayed in the Windsor Suite for the 1 night they had open and could not have had a better stay. Graeme was great. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. Dinner was great and so was the music on Thursday. The grounds are great and Graeme will make you feel welcome. Price was very competitive to the area if... More

We were seated by a very young girl wearing cutoff shorts that would have made daisy duke look fully clothed, the food was just ok, service was terrible, i ordered a cup of chili as an appitizer and it never came, once waiter brought our lunch i never saw him again, i had to walk into the kitchen to find... Very slow, awful food. Obviously pre-sliced Oscar Meyer cold cuts and Kraft singles. Manager offered no refund. Will not return or recommend.

There are lots of great restaurants on the Leelanau Peninsula. This is not one of them. Not even close. Place puports to be a "British pub". More like a badly managed Applebee's. No a/c on an 80 degree day and windows don't open. White wine was warm. Server, who was working as hard as she could, got NO direction from the... More
