Based on other reviews, we went to Clyde’s Drive-In for carry-out. Probably not the best choice. I ordered the specialty of the house, the Big C burger. Since I wasn’t up for ¾ pound of meat, I opted for the “lighter” ½ pound version with “the works”. Apparently “the works” is pickle, relish and ketchup. The burgers were so loosely... More

Food was EXCELLENT! Get a burger, it's what they are known for. We had 4 kids with us and the waitress was AWESOME! She brought us the car meals and hid the gummy treats under the hoods of the car so we could give them to the kids after they ate. Zucchini fries were also fantastic. This food and service... More

Me and my family love going to Clyde's, all year round. They have the best food, shakes, and service around. We have been going here for years and are never disappointed. We also love the atmosphere and all the employees. I highly suggest stopping there if you're in or near Manistique, well worth it! :)

The burgers were great, hand formed as advertised and served with good accompaniments. Fries were pretty good - crispy and hot. Shakes were something else entirely, and it surprised me. It tasted like diluted soft serve, and not the good kind - too sweet almost marshmallowy. Nothing is easier than making a great shake - hard ice cream, milk, maybe... More

This is the best place to get a burger. These are real burgers formed from meat as you watch, not some pre-pressed frozen burger. The milk shakes are so good too. I always say I'm going to get the Clyde's Jr. Burger and end up with the Clyde burger. It is filling so no French fries or great onion rings... More

Easy to find while traveling, and the food was served quickly. Thick, juicy burgers for less than 5 bucks, fries, onion rings, shakes, and, of course, pasties. We ate inside at the counter. Not great atmosphere, some music would have livened it up a lot, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Met a couple in there mid 40's while we where dining hat went to this place as a high school hang out. As hot and fresh as it can get... we stopped for lunch while traveling from Wisconsin to Michigan... Probably one of the best "cooked to order fast food" I have ever had. Don't forget to try the fries... More

Always loved this Clydes til our recent visit. My daughter & I ordered regular burgers and received junior size on reg buns; son ordered Big C and got a 1/2 lb burger, and they're not cheap! Burgers were average, fries were awful (brown, greasy & soggy). To top it off, a "local" sat down 15 min after we ordered &... More

We found Clyde's by accident when we turned down the wrong street. What a nice surprise it was! Now whenever we camp in the area we go there for breakfast. We sit at the counter and watch our breakfast being made- -and drink the wonderful coffee. The food is great along with the price. If it's not busy we have... More
