Food was thrown together (poor presentation). There was more food to be seen on the salt and pepper shakers than I could stomach. After pointing this out to our waitress she brought us another dirty set. I the went on safari myself, looking for a clean set on any other table, they were all filthy. Behold......., on the sill of... More

We come here most summers when we are vacationing in Manistee. Good food, wonderful location on the river and we love the deck out back with the ivy on the walls. Very pretty and relaxing place to have a meal.

I went to downtown Manistee in hopes of finding a gem, instead I settled here. Walking in there was a weird old bar smell. They have a patio out back but it was busy. I ordered chicken breast, it was dry but had good flavor. Everything else didn't seem seasoned. Not sure what I was expecting but it was more... More

We wanted a place to eat close to our hotel which had good prices. They served good food and drinks at a fair price. It is a very casual atmosphere and everybody was friendly. For us it was a friendly local tavern-sports bar where the local folks enjoy their time with friends. They offered what we wanted and we enjoyed... More

We always eat here when up north. Not ant more! Ran outof many fkids, including Mac and cheese for the kids. Restaurant is dilapidated and run down. Food is greasy, Cajun food is over-spiced. Stay away! Management take note! You will go under if you do 't do your job. Poor servers trying their best with no oversight. -

Friday night consisted of two people and employs. Ordered a cocktail that was one of the weakest I've ever had. After we had finished our drinks we waited 10 minutes just to pay. The employees seemed much more concerned with sorting silverware and cleaning the bar. This must be the worst bar in town!

With little to choose from on a Sunday evening, we stopped here for a late dinner (9:00 p.m.) & were told that even on Sunday, the kitchen remains open until 10:00 p.m. or so. We were in the mood for fish and this place will cook it just about any way that you like it. We decided to try the... More

After an hour of waiting for our food order, our server offered to go back and cook it herself. We declined and left. r

First of all, The owner of this establishment is quite the alcoholic and spends most of his time drinking beer while sitting at the bar on his laptop or watching t.v. Once he's too the point of stumbling and mumbling, he thinks he's an entertainer and likes to give out free drinks to basically anyone, whether he knows them or... More
