Texas Eatin'

I've eaten at this place several times. The food was very good to me. The meat was tender and tasty, The coffee strong the way I like it. The service was very quick and friendly with a smile. I was pleased and one day will eat there again. Once a year they serve the veterans a free meal on... read more

I have eaten at all sorts of Steakhouses, both chains and independents, and my experience at Texas Roadhouse was a rather 'Average' one. The menu is quite extensive and the prices are all very good value but the food we ordered was all average. We had some chicken wings and a chilli to start, nice but nothing special, followed by... After a large meal at Texas Roadhouse, I am a happy camper. My rib eye steak was done medium rare, precisely as ordered. I wanted to avoid an overly salty steak like the one I got on my visit to another location of Texas Roadhouse, so I was advised to order "lightly seasoned." Even though I forgot to do so,... More

I've been there a couple of times and the steak is always good and the beer is cold. Staff is always friendly and service is good. I highly recommend it. Its pretty busy so you might have to wait a little while to get seated. Its pretty good value.

Texas in Detroit. Western music and western ambiance. Even though it is -6F outside, Gena's table service makes it warm inside the restaurant. Had a great time here.

Had call ahead seating, but still had a short wait. Place was extremely crowded, and a fight ensued between patrons. Police were called, even interviewed us. Food was average. Best thing about the place was our fabulous waitress, don't remember her name, but she made up for the mishaps and average food.

Went to this restaurant on Friday, January 16 for dinner with my wife. The restaurant and the waiting area was packed. We gave the hostess our names and took a pager, expecting to wait 30-45 minutes. We were happily surprised in about 20 minutes to be seated. Our service was quick, attentive and gracious. The warm rolls with cinnamon butter... More

Ordered a rib eye here. I did not recognize it at all. I had to ask my server if she got my order right. The steak was fatty and was over cooked.
