This used to be a snooty place that we didn't care to visit, but it has changed to become more friendly. We opted for pizza this time around, and were delighted with the unusual topping selections. Throw in a glass of wine and a peaceful atmosphere, and you have a pizza dining experience that is unusual these days. More

We went to The Piper recently for a family celebration and had a great time. We have visited there several times over the years but are not regular patrons. However, once again the food, service and atmosphere were wonderful. It remains one of the best restaurants in Holland and the lakeshore area. Highly recommended. More

The waitress spilled water just next to and almost on my husband - a near miss. Really that was no great deal and did not make for a bad experience but was compounded by....Our waitress asking if we would like a refill on drinks and then forgetting to bring them, offering a refill on coffee and forgetting to bring it,... Off the beaten path, but worth the effort. Reliably good food/drink with a fantastic view of the lake and marina below. Catch the excellent Happy Hour if you can (check website for details), or a great sunset over a wonderful dessert (fresh blueberry bread pudding did it for me) and coffee. The Piper was our go-to place all summer long. More

Not only was all the food superb, but this restaurant caters to those with allergies. They make multiple accommodations to be sure that all of there diners are safe. Made to order brick oven pizzas with endless topping choices...yummy. Pretty tables over looking water, great for a dinner while the sun sets:) More

We ate here during the sunset on Lake Macatawa and it was beautiful. You can eat outside on the balcony or inside. The food is tasty and interesting with a lot of variety. More
