Slightly off the beaten path, but worth looking. Some of the best pastries, cookies, and other baked goods we've had (and we travel a lot). Its one of those fun places where nothing matches but they pull it off anyway. Parking is on the street and in a small lot on the East side of the place.

This is a good place for breakfast and lunch. The bakery there has great bread and cookies and cakes. His soups are wonderful! Not super cheap and not really a place to take kids but otherwise a good choice in Ludington.

An electric style restaurant with great food. All made from scratch. Bakery located inside as well. Only open for breakfast and lunch

Chef John's European Bakery is a great place for breakfast or lunch. A little hard to find, it is a small place about two blocks south of the main street. Parking is on the street. The building is small but trendy in a retro sort of way. Vintage tablecloths and collectible salt and pepper shakers are on every table. You... More

My wife and I stopped for lunch. We were unsure at first if we wanted to go in. WOW are we glad we did. Wendy was our waitress. She greeted us right away after we sat down. She then noticed that our table cloth was a little dirty and went to go get a clean tablecloth. The appearance was like... More

Cute idea with quirky decor, but food is just average if that. Slow service but very nice. Sweet rolls were good, breakfast torte was not as good as it sounded.

Had a very nice breakfast here. Plenty of offerings even for guys who think real men don't eat quiche. Generous portions. Great service. Also, they have good pies and pastries. Worth a stop.

We have been coming to Chef John's for about 5 years now. Every time anyone comes into town I tell them you must go as it's the best. My friends and grand kids love to come to nana's as they know we will go. Staff is friendly , bake goods are to die for. I have come to know the... More
