Having come to Mitchell's Fish Market on Thanksgiving, one would expect that I'd be reviewing a great turkey dinner here. The one who had turkey was very happy with it, but let's talk fish. Two of... More

Unfortunately for me this is a favorite group lunch location for people at work. It has a nice upscale feel, usually not crowded at lunch. Selections for non-fishie eating are very limited. Even the salads have fish.

Excellent food that is very fresh. I brought a group of co-workers and every meal was perfect and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Thanksgiving dinner at Mitchell's Fish Market was better than home cooked... and I didn't have to cook it!

My husband and I celebrated his birthday at Mitchell's Fish Market in Livonia. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and service was incredible. The greeters at the hostess stand were extremely polite, welcomed us to the restaurant, and seated us promptly. We were escorted to a booth, there are tables as well. Ample seating for parties of two... More

Dined with a friend and had the New Orleans Seafood Gumbo, the Titanic Wedge of Iceberg and the Seafood Americana which was served with warm sour dough bread. Everything was well-prepared and very tasty. The restaurant was quite busy for a Monday night a testimony to the good food and atmosphere. The food is a bit pricey but worth it.... More

My husband and I visited Mitchell's Fish Market for a birthday weekend getaway and it was great! We had reservations and arrived 15 minutes early expecting to have to wait for it being a Friday night but we were sat right away. We had a minimal wait for our appetizer, dinner and desert which was great for how busy they... More

Shrimp cocktail and oysters for starters. Oysters were good but each one had multiple pieces of shell which was annoying- one or two would have been acceptable but not all 6. Enjoyed a very good bowl of clam chowder next which was close to perfect. Main courses were broiled Lake Erie walleye and a pound of king crab legs. Both... More
