We were passers through so have no loyalty. We just picked this stop because of trip advisor. Positives:Warm host and easy seating. Interesting menu options. Negatives: We couldn't read the hand written menus. Waitress was very unhelpful when we asked for best dishes. Because of this I stuck with what I know and got the BLT. It was about the... More

The food was amazing, I really enjoyed my seafood chowder as well as my sandwich. Very filling, and everything tasted homemade. Lots of unique choices, and the menu was pretty extensive. Be prepared to wait or make reservations, however. I was in line for about an hour.

Was starving like Marvin and were close to Soup Spoon. Dashed in because we wanted to get breakfast before they changed iver to their lunch menu. Our server was very pleasant with a great sense of humour. Ordered the crab omelet and was not disappointed. Hot, seasonsed just right and they didn 't skimp on the crab. Coffee was hot... More

Family had heard about this place from a lot of friends that had traveled an hour to get there to eat and heard great reviews so thought we would try also. The host was very kind and friendly, wait time at lunch time was only about 15 minutes. Take that time while you wait to look over the menu while... More

We decided to go here based on local recommendations and by reading the previous reviews on Tripadvisor. We all ordered a different dish and were happy with all of them. One was a turkey reuben and clam chowder, another one was the BLT, third a turkey bacon wrap, and then the french onion soup and shrimp pasta dish. All of... More

The French onion soup is the best I've had anywhere in the country. The bread pudding is equally amazing. I would have given 5 stars except that the main course was delivered too quickly and got cold while I was eating the amazing soup. The manager was responsive and proactive to correct the food delivery error.

Independently owned, local foods, fantastic soups & sandwiches, along with great appetizers, uniquely flavored entrees and a great beer, wine and cocktail list. One of my favorite hangouts. We take all our friends there and they love it. Recently expanded.
