Nice little diner, great bread!

I took my son and brother here for breakfast, great food and friendly service. It's a little hometown place with great prices and even better servings, the bread is homemade too!

Not recommended at all unfortunately. Poor quality ingredients and very poor service. Hash browns tasted like they cooked on a very dirty flat top or used old fryer oil. Breakfast burrito had very little sausage and chewy mushrooms. Not impressed.

If you like very casual dining this is your spot. Outdated décor. Typical diner offerings. Service is usually good. Not a place to go if you're watching your carb intake.

Breakfast was great! The Omelet and hash browns were cooked to perfection, and service was friendly and prompt. Nothing fancy, just a simple, small town type of diner serving good food.

I stumbled by this place searching for a famous Old Town Lansing breakfast place that I could not find. The atmosphere is 1950's plain. But, the pancake I had was great. It covered the plate and was fluffy, had a slight hint of sugar in the doug, and it was grilled on avery hot surface giving a nice crunchy texture... More

The other breakfast/lunch place in Old Town had a line out the door this past Sat. so we checked out the Old Town Diner. Doesn't have the crazy staff or busy eclectic decor but it has good food! My biscuits and gravy were great and my son's egg was done just as he asked. Texas toast and really good, fresh... More

We order the "to go" breakfast specials for a Saturday breakfast. reminds me of the place my dad took me on Saturday mornings growing up. couldn't be happier the food is great, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm. can't wait to take my kids there someday.

Horrible customer service! Will NEVER go there. If you are going into the restaurant business, learn to treat customers nicely, otherwise, go do something else. The "manager/owner" is a horrible role model to her workers. These people don't deserve business!

Ordered a 3 egg Western omlete. OMG!! I am a cook,.lucky if they stretched 1and ahalf eggs in. Counted 8 peices of green pepper, onion, ham. Menu said cheddar cheese. American,.or government rations. Pointed out several times to my waitress how,.tiny it was. Anyways. Rip off. Hash browns excellent,.biscuits and gravy great as well. My Daughter had the "scramble skillet"... More
