Average brass rail

OK for late night college students. Typical brass rail type establishment. Service is average at best. Not a bad place, but there are better choices in Kalamazoo, even within the Radisson.

I have been many times, the portions are generous. I can recommend either a burger or salad as I have eaten both. I found that the beer list is above average in length and very good on quality. The service can be a tad slow, so I wouldn recommend Old Burdicks if you are in a time crunch. I have... More

Old Burdick's had AMAZING deals for restaurant week! We lucked out visiting Kzoo during that week! My husband and I decided to go with the sweet deal they offered. Beer cheese and pretzels/fresh made soft warm pita chips, then we both picked a pasta dish for the main course (there was PLENTY to choose from but we were both in... More

Went in with a large group. Food was good, but typical bar food. Service was just okay, but it was close to college graduation time and the place was packed. Fun, loud and fast.

In the Radisson Hotel, this is a busy, typical college town bar. Great Burgers and pick-up spot. Lots of young, loud patrons who are enjoying life to the fullest. A good down town spot!

A great place to wine and dine. A bit pricey. It has been there many years and we have many good memories. A very popular gathering place. The food/desserts are great. Staff very pleasant.

I stayed at the Radisson in Kalamazoo recently and went to this place for dinner one night. The waitress took a very long time even to fill up my water, and the steak I ordered was pretty bland & fatty. Next time I will try Webster's or Zazios in the same building. Probably best to avoid this restaurant, there are... More

Great place for lunch or dinner with friends or family. Excellent menu (especially burgers and sandwiches) and terrific drink menu. Always a pleasant experience. Only downside is it gets a little noisy and hard to have a conversation so not a great business meal option.

My husband and I enjoy eating out. We also admit to watching Restaurant Impossible on Food Network and agree with Robert Irvine that there are specific areas in restaurant management that are priorities...quality service, quality personel, quality food for money spent and cleanliness. Unfortunately, last night our experience at Burdicks was disappointing. It was great that we didn't have to... More

We were among 3 couple traveling together and staying at the Radisson. We lunched at Burdick's after our arrival. All 6 of us enjoyed the various soups, salads, and sandwiches we ordered. I had a wrap that was terrific. Later in the evening we noted that this spot was a popular one for watching the MLB playoff games...plenty of TVs.
