Can't wait to return

Service was very helpful and friendly. I love breakfast anytime and they serve up a nice one here. Selected the vegetarian breakfast sausage at the suggestion of my server and loved it.

Good food for breakfast and lunch. I'm not sure if they serve dinner or not I have never been there past lunch. Always had good service but they can be very busy especially on the weekends. You can expect to stand in line but it's worth it if you have the time.

Live close by, always heard this place has the best food, finally experienced it. Long line to get in, very rustic building, but you feel welcome , like your at grandmas house to eat. Staff are warm and inviting towards you and your children, huge menu, very unique meals, we were a group of nine with three children, everything made... More

We chose to visit this restaurant after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Glad we listened, the food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. You know you are at a good restaurant when people are lined up out the door waiting to get in. The line was long but the wait was not. Staff were pleasant, efficient and hard... More

We came in on a Saturday morning around 10:20. We had about a 10 minute wait to get seated. I had the Captains Ration omelette with redskin potatoes and marbled rye toast. It was all awesome. It's just my second time here, both meals have been great. The best part of the omelette was the sausage. It was outstanding. They... More

This afternoon, I met my son in Kalamazoo for lunch- Kzoo being roughly halfway between our respective homes in Chicago and Detroit. On the excellent advice of "tripadvisor" we agreed to meet at Crow's Nest to have a nice lunch. The place is really charming, a loft above a fantastic coffee house with delicious baked goods (I know because we... More

We enjoyed this place. It is small and has a hipster feel. The food is very good and has a very non-chain feel. As a tip this place is on the second floor, you need to go up the stairs to find it.

We arrived here with a group of 6 around 1:00 and there was a wait. For a table of 6, the wait would have been 1 hour+ so we split up into 2 and 4. A majority of us ordered french toast (banana bread, lemon poppy seed) and it was very good but heavy and sugary like expected. Breakfast is... More

I've been here a few times - with friends and family. Nice menu that spans everything from the banana bread french toast they're famous for to several different omelet and scramble dishes. I am gluten intolerant and have found them to be knowledgable and accommodating. They even let me know there is a small amount of gluten in the breakfast... More

My husband and I went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We both ordered something different. I had the biscuits and gravy with the potatoes. He had an omelet with banana bread and potatoes. Both were very good. Our server was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. Get there early. We got there by 9am. They... More
