We wondered, when we entered this bistro late during a Saturday lunch hour recently, why there were only a few customers. We found out. Our server was unattentive, but the bruschetta appetizer was OK. My wife's "Kobe" beef steak at $25 was dry, tasteless and grainy, obviously freezer-to-grill-cooked.
