I ate there last Saturday with a group of 5, and had a very good dinner. The restaurant was hosting a corporate group of about 24, and everyone was hustling to make sure all patrons were served. I was impressed with the teamwork of all the staff. Dinner was very good, with two minor suggestions. The creamed spinach came swimming... More

Websters is, in a word, "Classy." It is expensive. I find the service slow, but when there to dine, you don't want to be in a hurry anyway. It is a very impressive place for Kalamazoo, but the real enjoyable part is next door in the Lounge after dinner, or just go there for a late evening cocktail and music.

Me and the wife went here for our anniversary and we really enjoyed our food. My steak was prepared perfectly and my wife's chicken was delicious. Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful. It's a bit expensive but if if you want a great steak, and can afford it, try Webster's for sure.

Great restaurant in the Radisson Hotel. I ordered filet mignon and it was prepared perfectly and the sides were delicious too. The restaurant has a great wine list too. Paired the dinner with a great cabernet. Also, I assumed that it was an expensive restaurant but found it to be no different than Zazios or Rustica, which are also great... More

Nice decor and service, but the steaks are not as good as a Morton's or Jeff Ruby's. Falls short of what you expect a great steak place to be. Decent wine list, nice service, but steaks are small for the price.

This is probably the most pricy place in Kazoo, but worth every penny. I had a superb steak. The flavor and tenderness was unmatched. It is nice that they have many styles and level in their steak choices. The salmon was lovely and we enjoyed our side selections. One was mushrooms that were tasty, tasty, tasty and I once agai... This restaurant has had its ups and downs over the past 30+ years we have lived here, and we hadn't been here in a long time. It will be a long time before I go back. They have lightened up the room, and the chairs are more comfortable than in the past, but the dark "library" feel is still there.... More

The atmosphere is nice with soft dining music in the background. It is a place you should be dressed more business casual, although they said nothing when I wore jeans and a t-shirt but I felt a bit under dressed. The steak I had was excellent and cooked to my medium-rare satisfaction, which isn't always easy to come by. The... More

Went to Websters prior to the John Legend concert. It is large and elegantly appointed. Service was excellent, but found the food just ok and a bit overpriced. My wifes steak had an odd taste and was probably chemically tenderized. My Salmon with "Maytag" dressing was quite good. My onion soup was good as well, and the creme brulee was... More

Recently had the opportunity to dine here, we wanted the whole experience and were treated to it. I made several enquiries via email and was responded to quickly from both the head chef and the coordinator within minutes of my question. Made a reservation and we had quite a wonderful dining experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and the... More
