Farrell's used to be the best nationwide ice cream parlor but true ice cream parlors have gone the way of the pizza parlors. The Parlour wants to give you that old fashioned ice cream experience but make you take out a second mortgage to do it. Everyone LOVES this place, but I don't see what the hype is. The ice cream is not that great, period, and the prices are far from reasonable.
