Wonderful

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and a slice of pie. Watched them grind the beans for a terrific cup of coffee. Tried the blueberry pie and the cress (they simply called it chocolate pecan). Both were outstanding with lots of filling and flakey crust. Would highly recommend. The salads looked... read more

We went there for cider. But enjoyed the atmosphere and know from when I was a kid the apple pies are awesome! We'd have to travel out to Fennville as a kid to taste this treat. So glad they are expanding.

Ordered the City Cristo which was turkey, provolone, apple slices and mustard, grilled on apple butter bread, sprinkled with powered sugar. It sounds crazy, but it was the best first experience of these combined ingredients! I went out on a limb ordering it, but the sweet with the apple was incredible. I was asked to share and I wish I... More

This was our first visit. We were greeted by a very friendly and Bubbley cashier. We placed out order, she gave us a Free warn Apple Cider Donut. Warm and Delicious. My wife and I each had a Panini, very good. But, I Love Pie, and they had Pie! So many to choose from. My choice, after a long deliberation,... More

Their specialty sandwiches were great, but the apple cider donuts were out of this world! If I lived in Holland, this would be one of my regular places. Friendly staff, great food, and great prices. I can not recommend it enough.

my two friends and I are visiting Holland, Michegan, USA for a few days while I am over from the UK. Downtown is just lovely, especially as it was very sunny and warm. Everyone in all the shops were lovely but Becky in Crane's in the City was helpful personified. My friends had a delicious chicken salad with blue cheese... More

I love donuts. I love fritters but during our Memorial Day visit to this area. A fritter was not to be found. I was shocked that Crane's doesn't make fritters. Fresh fruit and skills to make donuts, why not fritters? To help get over my fritter Jones, I got a couple donuts. They were apple cider donuts, glazed and had... More

We were in Holland for the Tulip Time Festival. We always stop by Crane's in the City for drinks or snack. We had absolutely delicious cherry pie, and cider. I especially enjoyed the Cider Freeze (basically a cider slush) that hit the spot on a warm day!

Stopped here for late lunch, chicken and mayo sandwich with a Jonny apple freeze to drink, really refreshing, followed by a slice of Michigan cherry pie. So good, bought cherry jam too.

We were looking for something sweet and walked into Crane's about 15 minutes before they close on a Saturday. The young woman behind the counter couldn't have been nicer, and we had rhubarb/raspberry and chocolate pecan pie, vanilla ice cream and coffee. It was wonderful. We've eaten at the original location and we've carried home whole frozen pies--very good and... More
