Found the Washington Square area. The wait wasn't too long but was worth it. I had eggs with apple and sage. Biscuits very light and airy. Homemade strawberry preserves. Not your ordinary breakfast, although all the standards are on the menu. Very good neighborhood restaurant. Great art. Look for the dragon in the floor by the register.

Our original plans called for breakfast @ the Windmill Restaurant in Holland. The line was outrageous. So we consulted TripAdvisor and found The Biscuit. We enjoyed the drive over to the SE side of town en route to Big Red lighthouse. The Biscuit served a lovely breakfast. Great service and friendly hosts. The biscuits and jam were wonderful and we... The Biscuit is one of our "go-to" restaurants in Holland when we go out for breakfast or lunch. Great food, good service.

We loved the breakfast at The Biscuit!! Amazing homemade granola and granola pancakes. French toast was fantastic. Loved the quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. Get there early or you may have a significant wait. People were lined up outside as we were leaving.

Went on a Saturday morning around 830 and had a little wait for a seat. While waiting I spotted the pastries on display. I got a breakfast brownie to go and ate it after lunch. It was pretty good. The highlight of the meal was the peanut butter mousse waffle stack. So good! But it only comes with 3 waffle... More

I was in downtown Holland with my girlfriend and we were looking for some breakfast. Did a quick search and found The Biscuit. We decided to head there and we're glad we did. I got the berries and cream french toast and she got a the peanut butter (and something else) waffle. I tried hers and ate all of mine.... More

We visited in late July. We were able to get right in and the wait staff was very pleasant. The food was pretty expensive but the portions were huge so if you are a big eater or able to take it home with you I'd say its worth the price. We did enjoy our food and the overall experience but... More

They had an interesting variety of dishes. I had the French Toast with cream and fresh fruit but could not finish it as it was far too much food! Absolutely delicious but a little pricey.

This small neighborhood spot was wonderful. They had options I had never heard of before. Apple hash was great. I had a peach waffle which was great and my daughter had the berry stuffed french toast it was wonderful. They also had lunch sandwiches as well. Great place to find and try.

I love The Biscuit. Yes, there will likely be a wait for a table, especially on Sunday morning- but it is SO worth it. I love the food- my favorite is the breakfast taco plate, but I have tried most of the scrambles and they are all great! The staff is very friendly, I have never had a bad experience.... More
