Great view with decent food

Definitely come here for the view. Right on the lake and choice of indoor or outdoor seating. If you stick to the burgers and sandwiches then the food is pretty good, we enjoyed our burgers. The full entrees probably don't justify their cost, but given the view you can let it pass. Service was also... read more

This was our second visit to the Boatwerks, the first being about a year ago. We will definitely go back anytime that we are in the area. The first visit, we sat outside, and there are nice views of the sunset over the lake at dinnertime. This time was threatening rain, so we elected to stay in, but still got... More

We live locally and eat here at least once a week. The Spicey black bean burger is spectacular. The trout is super tasty. Salad offerings include lots of delicious items presented like art work. Great service and awesome scenery, accompanied by great local bands. Will go again soon.

My hub and I (60s) stayed at City Flats on a Sunday when their restaurant was closed, and the concierge recommended Boatwerks for al fresco dining. Great view, service, and dinner.

This is a very nice restaurant on edge of a lake with a great view. The food was delicious and the wait staff was pleasant. We enjoyed it and would go back again.

We really enjoy this resturant. It's next to the water so the view is wonderful. The food is always delicious. Tonight's choices were not only pleasing to the eye, but were light, fresh and tasty. We also enjoy a short walk along the water after dinner in the neighboring park. Unfortunately we live 3 hours away so it's a real... More

Boatwerks is what you'd expect for good food on the lake. Seafood is good here. Live music on the deck is a plus.

Great location on lake. Service was friendly, efficient and timely. No wait and no rush. Sandwiches were substantial and very good with some unusual preparation. French dip came with spicey cooked onions and peppers that I requested put on the side. Perch sandwich had creamy coleslaw. Fresh mozzarella and tomato salad was flavored with mint and roasted peanuts. Enjoyed the... More

The outdoor seating looking over the water during the day or at sunset is beautiful. A wide menu for any taste. A full bar inside or waterside. Enjoyable staff.
