Summer is here...the patio is open

Boatwerks has a large patio for dining or drinks. Nice view of the lake, good food, open bar. Live music on select evenings. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Holland on a summer evening.

This place has the perfect view of the sunset over the water at dinner time! And they seem to frequently have live music in the evenings. It's a perfectly relaxing way to end the day! My husband and I shared the Bacon BBQ burger with sweet potato fries - both were pretty good. My friend got the Shrimp Tacos and... More

My wife and I loved our visit here! It's a nice restaurant... I'd call it casual fine dining. My wife and I ate and had a $38 bill (both had sodas and I had an additional cup of soup added to my entre). We could have spent a lot more but we picked cheaper things simply because it's what sounded... More

Had lunch at the Boatwerks in Holland Michigan today May 19, 2015. Once again I am totally disappointed. The menu for lunch is very limited and is very expensive for what one gets. To say the least I will not be going back again!!!!!!!!!!! Far to expensive to mediocre quality of food and limited choices.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your meal with us. I did want to clarify, we do not have a separate lunch menu... we have one menu that consists of over 40 different meal options ranging from salads and sandwiches, to pizza and dinner entrees. Again, we are sorry if Boatwerks wasn't a good pick for you, but... More

We were recommended to this restaurant from a tour guide whose exact words were,"it looks like it would be expensive but its not." I wonder what his idea of expensive is since he is a retired 82y.o who is a volunteer tour guide during tulip time. The menu was pricey. I ordered a burger and it was not with the... More

As this restaurant was recommended on trip advisor we decided to go for dinner. Luckily we booked in advance as due to the tulip festival it was very busy. We had an excellent dinner and after the meal there was an amazing firework display across the water.

This is the only waterfront restaurant located in downtown Holland. You can make a reservation for inside seating only. Sitting on the lakefront patio is first come, first served. We were lucky enough to get a patio seating and it was worth it. You can enjoy the scenery and sunset while dining on excellent food. Splurge on the 'Land and... More

Had never been here before but glad we stopped by today. Nice place with a nautical theme and currently being expanded for more dining space. Parking lot seemed quite large, but the place was not too busy today. Our food was good and service was good, And the presentation was great. Beautiful lakefront views. There are lots of great pictures... More
