French onion soup was burnt! I order it every where I go. This was the VERY worse! The filet was the best I've ever had, so it's one favorite dish or the other. Soup is not a hard dish to create!

Went with a group of 6. Service was great. Plan on waiting a bit as even with reservations, it was an hour wait after reservation time. The steaks are great and you cook to your desired level of doneness at your table- the signature steak is good but it's worth the money to upgrade to a filet or Kobe. Better... More

We have been here as a couple or with our nine member family several times. Reservations are needed for the family, but that is to be expected. Service has always been attentive, or we would not keep going back. Cooking the steak on the rock brings back memories from our honeymoon in Aruba were this was done. The Monster French... More

Our visit to Black Stone has given me mixed feelings. The Good: • Steaks are fresh Black Angus beef. Very nice! Don’t forget to ask for seasonings to put on your rock to cook with! • Service was very good and attentive. The Great: • The experience of cooking your steak on a 750 Degree stone at your table. This... More

We had the smoked fish appetizer. Found it to be very salty. Had the combo sirloin and ribs with fries and salad/ The salas was fresh. The fries were oversalted/ The sirloin was a good cut and the rock was hot through the entire meal so cutting small pieces and preparing them worked out. The ribs were ok. They should... More

Nice atmosphere and a lot of fun cooking your steak on the hot rock. Great service. Try the bubbling shrimp appetizer.

My dinner at black rock was fair, the biggest problem in there is the noise. you can't even have a conversation at your table without raising your voice, food was above average, service was good. It's a popular place, but I won't wait for an hour for a table, sorry that's just me.there are other restaurants with just as good food and... We went there for the first time on Thursday 9/25/2014 for our anniversary. I read the reviews before I went and I seen some of the negative ones and I seen nothing of the sort. they mentioned a "smell" nothing wrong with the Smell of the place other than steak cooking. if you don't like the smell of steak cooking... The mat outside the front door was filthy and held onto wads of long hair. I expected a hair salon to be situated right next door. Oh well. The air in the restaurant was very smoky, but it smelled good like broiled steak. My table was very wobbly and the napkin that the hostess stuffed under the table leg didn't... More
