They care NOTHING about customer service! This may sound dumb, but they have an egg yolk sauce (which we like at Ichiban) and we requested it on our shrimp. BUT, because we got the "little" shrimp, they would not allow us to have it. We even offered to PAY for it on the side, but they would not accomodate that... more

Went there for New Year's Eve January 31, 2008. Granted, it is a busy night and that was expected. We were seated over an hour past our reserved time.
