Sunday brunch at restaurant "Six One Six" was simply wonderful. As you enter the hotel the aromatherapy of the gentle scent of spring is wafting throughout. The atmosphere as you enter the restaurant is so congenial. There was guitarist strumming smooth music at just the right tone. The brunch selection could have had a bit more variety, but I promise... Although we arrived before seating time, the hostess was great. Service was great. Food was awesome. Truly enjoyed the variety of foods offered. Nice aspect of a nice hotel.

Me and my business partners had a business dinner at 616 and it was a great place to enjoy some drinks and a great meal. The service was excellent, the food was equally good, and the atmosphere was perfect for talking business over a nice meal. We had some great wine and beer and some great appetizers and entrees and... More

Cold food ! Microwaved scallops instead of re-doing them, sent me back my same plate! Duck was horrible, served with a mushy mess of kale. Overpriced!

Had heard a lot about it but was not impressed. It started with the table - it was wobbly - for the amount of money they charge for their drinks and meals they need to maintain it better - the fix was what you would expext at a diner - piece of paper - really!! Specialty drinks are overpriced and... More

This is at the JW Marriott hotel. The space is cozy but with high ceilings it makes it quite loud. The waiter was good but not entirely attentive. The food was very good. The wine list was also excellent. Fair prices for food of this quality. The service could stand to improve just a bit and it would be a... More

We went to 616 for a romantic evening. My husband made reservations through Open Table mentioning it was romantic. We received a corner table in the back that was quiet, but not romantic. I am not sure how having another table along a wall right next to you seating two more people on each side is considered romantic... but there... More

Went to 616 for breakfast on my wife's birthday. For me a meal can be made or broken just by the service along and Jenna did such a great job at taking care of us, Granted we ate the buffet and how much would one need to do? Well she found ways to make our stay more pleasant, Thank you... More

This is the place to go if you want great service. The staff at this restaurant love their job and know the food. If you ask for a recommendation, you will get it and it is clear the staff is knowledgeable and knows the food. We had great service the entire meal, the first bite till the very last was... More

Had a late dinner here on a recent business trip to Grand Rapids. All in all, a very good dinner - especially for a hotel. I had the six.one.six chowder, which was thick and bacony, and the mussels - a big bowl of garlickly, peppery steamed mussels served with naan. My colleague chose the soup of the day (white bean)...
